Our Cleaning Procedures

For the safety of our guests and staff, we have enlisted in new safety protocols to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, according to provincial and federal guidelines.

Safety first

• Ask questions for COVID-19 screening once booked
• Take temperature upon arrival
• Repeat COVID-19 screening upon arrival
• Hand sanitizer in entry
• All books, movies, and touchable objects are removed for 3 days once they have been touched and replaced with another set

Physical distancing

• Cashless Payment available (e-transfer)
• Physical distance rules followed between staff and guests
• Staff wear masks
• Private entrance

Cleanliness & disinfecting

• Accommodation disinfected and well-ventilated between stays
• Linens, towels, and laundry sterilized
• All plates, cutlery, glasses, and tableware have been sanitized
• Use of cleaning chemicals effective against COVID-19, but subtle in scent and safe
